Camp Songs ROCK!
Here are some pictures of our camp out last weekend. It was a fun family time along with our friends. We ate smores, eggs and bacon, cinnamon rolls and cup o noodles. Taggart pretty much did all the work, which was a bonus. I made sure none of the kids got lost or burned. It all worked out great!
Camping is FUN!
We don't camp a lot, about once a year (the boys go more) as a family. When we do, it is a total blast! I wonder why we don't do it more. This last Friday night we took the kids to Lake Grapevine and camped with our church group. It was great. The weather was made to order. Taggart was in charge of the fireside program and it turned out wonderful. We need to do it again!

BYU....BYU....BYU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last night we took Quincey and Boston to the BYU football game against TCU. We have been anticipating this game for about six months now. Tag bought 75 seats for our ward on the front five rows and the 40 yard line. It was the makings of an amazing evening. We took pictures with Cosmo, we watched the players do the haka, we were decked out in full BYU gear, we ate HUGE burgers and lots of candy. We cheered our brains out. Only one thing was not PERFECT on this night.
The Cougars LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It hurt.

Is It A Jaw Breaker? Is It A Golfball? No, It's an Absest Tooth!
Ahhh! My child who does not complain of pain woke up with this cheek last week. I went into crazy Paige mode and rushed him to urgent care. It turned out to be an absest tooth. Briggs grinds his teeth at night and they were so low that the nerves became infected. Thus, the dentist pulled 4, yes 4 teeth in one day! He is a new man and asked for chips and salsa the next day. I hope he is now pain free.

My Girl
Quincey turned 13 this week! I can't believe it. For her special day I got her out of school and took her to the mall to have some fun shopping. She bought some cloths and a snazzy new purse. The next day she was so excited to sport her new cloths and purse. It ended up being a rainy day and I was unable to pick her up from school because Briggs's in home teacher was at our house and I couldn't leave. Right after Mr. Tucker left, I got in the car to try to find Quincey and give her a ride home. I laughed as I saw her walking down the road barefooted, with her gym cloths on, holding her new bag wrapped up in her jacket and new cloths and shoes safely in her backpack. It cracked me up. That's my kind of girl!

The Barron Kids Are Off To School!
(It's OK if I am a little behind, right.) The kids have had a great transition into school this year. Piperdee is now in kinder garden. It is all day here, so no easing into it. She loves school and seems eager to go each day. The other kids enjoy it also. I forgot how much I like the quiet house in the day. I have to admit I do. Sarger plays by himself for the first time in his life and seems so be fine with it. I put him in a play group/preschool on Tuesday and Thursday for a couple of hours. It has been good for him to make friends and learn to share.

Saturday Night Dates
We snapped these pictures of each other while waiting for our food on our date last weekend. I live for my date with my husband on Saturday nights. He has been so sweet to take me out for a one on one date every weekend for our entire marriage. We love being together. We catch up on what has happened and what is coming up. We talk about the kids, our finances. We set goals, we say we are sorry if we need to, and we strengthen our relationship. This has been one of the secrets to our great marriage. Life has blessed us so much. (Isn't he DANG cute!)
