Hiking

Boston loves to rock climb.  He loved this trip because there was a lot of it.  For me, it was kind of scary because there were a lot of cliffs and drop offs.  I'm talking 100 feet and more.  So, to see my kids running all around and climbing all over the rocks was nerve racking because it was possible that they could fall to their deaths.  Last year a 16 year old fell off a cliff and died at that park.  I was relieved when we were done and returning to the car.

Pretty Quincey in the woods.

Token picture of me. =)

Rock House Cave.  It had petrographs from the indians all over the place.  It was so neat!

Boston found a place to rest.  I wonder if the indians let their babies sleep in there?

Labor Day Camping!

Getting ready for the trip.  This is were Sarger wanted to ride.  I told him, "I don't think so baby."

The views were amazing!

Petit Jean State Park-AMAZING!

Dallas Cowboys Stadium!

Boston and Daddy were lucky enough to get to go to a Dallas Cowboys football game together.  They got the tickets from a co-worker.

Great Daddy/Son adventure.

The jumbo tron.

Look at the joy.  They had a great time together.

We Laughed Until We Cried

While we were waiting for Daddy to come home.  The kids started to try sucking their nostrils in and I would take a picture of them.  We laughed so hard my stomach hurt.  Sarger kept only being able to do one nostril and we were just cracking up!  It was funny.

Another attempt.

Success!

Piper is a pro.

Too funny!

Boston can pretty much do anything.

Hilarious!

Having fun together.

Good memories.

Sarger turns 5!

This is how happy Sarger was on his 5th birthday!

Sarger and all his presents.

His cake.

Lighting the candles.
Making a wish.

My baby is now a giant.  Happy Birthday Honey!

Go Buckeyes!

Buckeyes first official game.

My Bossy did great.  He plays running back, defender on the line for defense and he is the kicker and punter for the team.  The games are a total blast!

Listening to the coaches at half time.
Daddy is always helping by doing the chains or filming the game.

Boston got his Webelos Patch!

Pack Meeting was at the park this month.  Boston earned his Webelos Badge this summer and received it.  Way to go Bos!

We shot off rockets.

My awesome scouts!

Ready, Set, GO!

Sarger has one more year before Kindergarten.  He is off to preschool!

Piper is in 2nd grade this year
Boston is in 5th grade this year.

Briggs is in 7th grade.

Quincey is in 9th grade and in High School!

School started this year and all went smoothly.  It feels good to get back into the swing of things, but we are feeling the pinch of being busy too.  I feel blessed that our kids are in good schools with good values.
