Sarger goes the the bank
BIKE TOWN!
A friend in my ward, Nicole, organized a fun activity for the preschool kids in the ward. She called it "BIKE TOWN". All the kids brought their bikes and she handed out personalized drivers licenses and bank cards for each kids that they had around their necks and had a bank that they could drive through to get pretend money that they could spend at the tuneup shop, the bike wash and the fast food restaurant. The kids LOVED it! Sarger went on and on about how much fun that was. Nicole really went to a lot of work on it and it was a huge success.

Book of Mormon
I finished reading the Book of Mormon again this morning. I am working on my Personal Progress along with Quincey and the value project under Virtue is to read the entire Book of Mormon. I feel so blessed to have had this book to influence my life. It feels good to read the scriptures every day. The words of the Lord and the prophets bring so much peace into my life. I have had a ball working on my Personal Progress with Quincey. It has made me stretch and I like that.

Easter Morning!
We make the kids wait on the stairs until everyone is ready for Christmas and Easter. Uncle Bruce was so excited to see if the Easter Bunny came. HE DID! He even brought treats for Grandpa and Uncle Bruce. (Funny how he would know.) We had a big breakfast by Daddy and enjoyed listening to General Conference that day. I thought it was sweet, Grandpa bought me that pretty bouquet of flowers while he was here.

Sarger
I posted this picture of Sarger just because I liked it. (For obvious reasons.) But I also wanted to share something about him. Lately he has really been wanting to earn money, so he asks me if there is a job that he can do. Yesterday I had him weed one of the flower beds in the front yard. He filled three grocery bags full of weeds and when he was done he came to me and said. "Mommy, can you pay me in those things that are shaped like this....." And he drew a square in the air. "A square?" "No." "A rectangle?" "No, it's like two triangles put together." "Do you mean a diamond?"" "YES!, Can you pay me in diamonds?"

Ever get a knock on your door at 3:30 in the morning?
Well last night, we did. It is quite shocking to be awaken out of a dead sleep by a banging on the front door. Only when we opened it, to find a police officer standing there. He asked us if we have a donkey and told us that he is running loose. COLONEL!!!! We woke up Quincey and headed out into the neighborhood to find him. We were successful in hunting him down and bringing him home. To our surprise, we were issued a $165 ticket for having our live stock loose! That is the LAST midnight romp that you will have COLONEL! (Do you hear me?) I'm going to take a nap now.
