A Mother's Day Wish Granted

 I had a wish, a dream, a request......
For Mothers Day I wanted all of my boys to wear bow ties to church.
My dream came true.  I loved it! (Can you tell Boston is thrilled. =)  )

My family tries so hard to make Mother's Day special.  I really appreciate it.  I love them so much.
Daddy made a big breakfast and a scrumptious dinner.
 He bought me these roses.

He had this corsage made.  Five roses, two pink for the girls and three red for the boys.  Sweet huh.

Soccer!!!!

"The Hammerguys" named by Sarger. Daddy is the coach.
 Great season.

Won 7, Lost 1

Proud of my girl

Quincey completed her Personal Progress.  I am so proud of her.  She worked hard and did a great job.  She is such a wonderful first child and great example in our family.  Love you Baby!

Basketball Party!!!!!!

To celebrate the new full court, Boston invited all of his school, church, neighborhood and scout friends over to play basketball.  We had lots of drinks, cookies and popcorn.  It was a total blast!

It happened!!!!

 BEFORE.....
What the shaft looked like.
About 2 years ago I bought an old rusted Merry Go Round off Craigs list with dreams of it spinning in our backyard.
I finally got determined enough to try and get this thing restored.

This is the miracle worker himself-Mike Sampson.
He built totally from scratch the shaft for the Merry Go Round to spin on.

 This is it.

We had it painted with special paint to look brand new.
After 3 days of waiting for the cement to set.......We invited friends and had a ribbon cutting ceremony!!!!
There were speeches delivered, and a countdown and SNIPPP!!!!!
 It is AWESOME!!!!!

For Boston

Daddy has been talking about getting another basketball hoop and making it a full court basketball court for some time now.  I was never very excited about it because of the cost.  But one day it hit me.  It is time.  This will make a difference in Boston's life.  We want him to be able to play with his friends and have a place to get together.  It has been wonderful.  This is the hole they dug for the foundation.

You can see both hoops in this picture.

Easter!

For breakfast we had bumpy pancakes and fruit salad. It was GOOOOD.
 Checking out their loot.

 Quincey cooked breakfast.

On our way to church.
