A Special Day
Piper is to be baptized!
Daddy will baptise her.
Here she is, right out of the water, fresh and new.
All of the people at her baptism. We love them all.
Piper chose to go out to eat at a chinese food restaurant after her baptism.
Great family times.
Piper turns 8!!!
My baby girl turned 8 years old. She asked for waffles for dinner.
And chocolate cake for dessert!
I can't believe she is so big already.
Happy Birthday sweetheart!
Palo Duro Canyon
Boston was able to pitch the kids tent by himself to do a requirement for scouts.
WaaLaa!
We froze our buns off at night. There was a burn ban. We bundled up in our sleeping bags and watched movies at night. Good thing Mommy was prepared and brought hats coats and gloves for everyone. =)
This hike was 6 miles long. Sarger fell and hurt his leg. Daddy and Boston were the only ones to finish the full 6 miles. The rest of us turned back and did 4 miles.
This is the light house rock formation that Boston and Daddy went all the way too.
You can see Boston at the base of the formation.
Spring Break 2011
We took the kids camping at Palo Duro Canyon State Park here in Texas.
We camped 3 nights here. The nights were cold, but the days were perfect.
We hiked, rode bikes and explored natures beauty.
