The Fun Begins!

Nelly and Lilly flew in on Wednesday night. The kids were all going crazy waiting for them to come. Piper helped me pick out some cute little surprises to put on Lilly's pillow. Piper is the best gift giver in our family, (she even asked for wrapping paper and cards for Christmas.) On Thursday I kept Piper home from school to play with Lilly and the rest of the kids were off to school. After dropping Sarger off at preschool the four of us headed to Sam Moon to shop. We bought some fun jewelery for ourselves and our Mom and sisters. We had a great time. I was surprised when Piper and Lily kept themselves entertained the whole time. Nice. After shopping we picked up Sarger and headed home for lunch. The kids played in the backyard the whole afternoon and Nelly and I watched a movie together. Thursday night for dinner we had a backyard cookout with the sister missionaries. We cooked hot dogs and smores and had salad and chips. It was such a nice evening and I think the sister enjoyed themselves.
Friday was our big day to tour Fort Worth! Tag took the day off and we kept all of the kids home from school and left at 8 in the morning and headed towards The Bureau of Engraving and Printing. There are two places in the US that they print our currency, Washington DC and Fort Worth. We took a tour and got to see money being printed. We saw a room full of pallets worth billions and billions of dollars. Boston looked around the plant and then said to me, "It sure costs a lot of money to make money." I was surprised what a complex process it was. Neat.
