Our church stake does not do sports. This has killed my husband for three years. This summer Taggart decided to make his own "stake basketball". He got a contact from every ward and they set up a league at the community center. Each team had to pay $350. It was a huge success! All of the wards participated. They provided referee's, t shirts for the top three teams and trophies (funny). Taggart had the best time and to top it off Flower Mound 2nd ward (our ward) took first place!!!!! Basketball dreams fulfilled!
