Quincey wanted to try out for the volleyball team last year in 7th grade. We thought that was great. She went into the tryouts with out any experience actually playing volleyball. We were thrilled when she made it onto the "C" team. (Which is the, let's say "least good", team.) I was happy that she would be able to get some experience, because I knew she would be a good player. This year, one year later, she tried out for the 8th grade team and made the "A" team! Needless to say, that is the BEST team! We are so proud of her. The reason that she has gotten so good at volleyball is because she has been motivated to take camps, join a league and to practice a lot at home all on her own. I am so impressed with her. Good job Quincey! These pictures are of their first game against Griffin Middle School. Quincey's team won two out of two matches and did great. GO PANTHERS!
