Last year Taggart volunteered to be the Orchestra booster club president and he was in charge of being the MC at the concerts. No one volunteered this year, so the orchestra teacher informed him AT the concert that she was keeping him as the President. I'm glad he likes doing these kinds of things. I think he's cute.
